At Arividam, you have full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and remove all personal information associated with your profile, you can do so directly within the app or by submitting a written request to our support team.
You can request account and data deletion through either of the following two options:
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data handling rules apply:
Account deletion requests submitted via email are verified and processed within 7 to 14 business days. Once processed, all personal data is permanently purged from our active databases and backup systems according to our standard purge cycle.
