Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Arividam, operated from Kasaragod, Kerala, India. By registering, booking a class, listing as an educator or enrolling an institution, you accept these terms.

Arividam operates as an intermediary platform connecting learners with independent educators and institutions. Teaching is delivered by those educators and institutions, not by Arividam directly.

• Users aged 18 and above may register directly.
• Learners under 18 must be registered and supervised by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• One person may hold only one account per role; duplicate or impersonating accounts may be suspended.

• Class fees are set by the educator or institution and displayed before you confirm a booking.
• Fees paid are held in escrow in your Arividam Wallet and released to the educator only after the class is delivered.
• Platform fees are flat and disclosed up front; there are no hidden markups on educator rates.
• Invoices are issued in compliance with applicable GST requirements.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Submit genuine identity and academic documents for verification; false credentials result in permanent removal.
• Deliver booked classes punctually and for the agreed duration.
• Maintain professional conduct and respect student privacy at all times.
• Do not solicit off-platform payments for bookings made through Arividam.
• Do not redistribute student work, recordings or personal contact details.

• Institutions must provide valid registration proof and keep faculty rosters accurate.
• The institution is responsible for the conduct of faculty and staff accounts it creates.
• Institutions must obtain the necessary consents before uploading student rosters.
• Institutional branding may not imply accreditation or endorsement by Arividam.

The AI workspace is a study aid. It can make mistakes, and outputs should be verified against your curriculum and teacher guidance. AI assistance must not be used to complete graded assessments where an educator has prohibited it.

Attempting to extract, resell or automate bulk access to AI features, or to use them for anything unrelated to learning, is prohibited.

• Harassment, abuse, discrimination or any behaviour that endangers a minor.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
• Circumventing escrow, verification or platform fees.
• Scraping, reverse engineering or attacking platform infrastructure.
• Posting fake reviews or manipulating ratings and referral rewards.

Educators retain ownership of their teaching materials and grant Arividam a limited licence to host and stream them to enrolled learners. The Arividam name, logo, platform design and software remain the property of Arividam.

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, fraudulent verification documents, escrow abuse or conduct that risks learner safety. Where possible we give notice and an opportunity to respond; in serious safety cases suspension may be immediate.

Arividam provides the platform on an 'as available' basis. We are not liable for the academic outcomes of any class, for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kasaragod, Kerala. Before initiating proceedings, please raise the matter with our Grievance Redressal Officer so we can attempt resolution.
